We recommend that you return your goods by Recorded Delivery as a receipt of proof of shipping. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We will not be responsible for the return postage costs unless the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded by us.

Goods purchased at the Bluebell 33 Shop, 39 Baker Street, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 8AE must be returned direct to the shop. Goods purchased from any other store must be returned to the store where they were purchased.
